Universal Orlando – Loews Hotels: The first of two “gateway” hotels, with 750 rooms each, will form the entrance to Universal’s new Epic Universe, a 700-plus-acre theme park scheduled to open in May 2025. In addition to the guest tower the public spaces will include a food court, grab-n-go market, lobby bar, retail store and pool bar. This is our team’s fourth project in collaboration with Loews Hotels and Universal Creative.
