SLS Scottsdale: This 222,000-square-foot property will bring 235 hotel rooms, including 30 luxury suites, to the heart of Scottsdale. There will be a rooftop pool and bar and two floors of entertainment space in addition to offerings from SBE’s culinary and mixology experiences. The property will expand the portfolio of SLS hotels and residences, which includes locations in Beverly Hills, Miami, and Dubai. Phase: design development.
